Northwood Heating and Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated business which was established in 1977, with over 30 years of residential and commercial HVAC experience.  We at Northwood Heating and Air Conditioning have worked hard to earn a reputation in the industry and with our customers for quality service, installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Even though the times have changed throughout the years, our customers expectations and requirements are still our number one priority.  We at Northwood believe in our technicians advancing their knowledge of today’s and future technologies in residential and commercial HVAC so that we can provide the best comfort and needs to our customers.

  • Issued in the Dec/Jan 2001 cover page issue
  • Trouble-shooting tips, new furnace install and start-ups
  • Issued in the Sept/Oct 2002 cover page issue of Contracting Canada magazine
  • Installation and star-ups of a Larrs (boiler) fully modulating gas fired boiler and water heater.

  • We are very excited about our joint venture of over 3 seasons the the popular HGTV show Holmes on Homes. Our company has prided ourselves on doing the job right the first time and are very proud to work hand and hand with Mike Holmes and his crew to Make It Right tm.  On behalf of Northwood Heating and Air Conditioning many thanks go out to the work crew, the production crew, the office staff and last but not least Mike Holmes, himself for allowing Northwood and our vast amount of knowledge and expertise in the HVAC industry to make it right.

Our Community Involvement
